It’s not a dumb question if you’re worried. But really, dude, you don’t have to worry about that. Yeah, with time we’re gonna get to know eachother, things are gonna be even better, but for now, this is perfect. Honestly, it is very different from anything I did before because of the whole feelings part, but i think that’s what makes it so great.

hello. business king here. how about this : you could buy a 1/4 ratio. it would come up to 125k? Basically what you'd be paying for an apartment but you wouldn't give your money to a landlord, but investing it in something that has potential to grow. You could even take your own high interest loan, build your very own credit. That way, you would always have your own little nest egg to fall back on if things go to shit.
